Green RoS Development
Our unique small molecule recipes are experimentally validated to achieve COGS savings of at least 10% for innovative APIs and a competitive price for generic APIs manufactured in Europe or the USA. We calculate the sustainability and success rates of various potential synthesis routes with a 1-2 g lab sample, and develop preliminary analytical methods and specifications.
(cGMP) Manufacturing
The pilot batch entails up to 100 kg samples for validation from (cGMP) pilot plants manufactured with our green RoS. Additionally, large scale (cGMP) greener manufactured compounds are offered as well. Batch and campaign records, and independent sustainability and compliance certificates such as CoO, CoA, and MSDS are provided. Manufacturing is de-risked with transparency and highest control.
Laboratory Optimization
We optimize the selected process with a 100 g lab sample, setting critical process parameters and providing process justifications as well as a CoA (Certificate of Analysis).
Analytical Services
Many analytical methods are developed in-house for use in testing and release of products. Additionally, we work together with a broad range of qualified service providers in case this might be required.

Case Study – Green Chemistry
Homogeneous catalysts are used in a multitude of chemical and manufacturing processes for faster turnover rates, for the reduction of energy use as well as to increase resource efficiency- without being consumed in the reaction itself. However, in most cases, they can only be used once in a batch because of their limited stability during product separation; this increases the COGS significantly.
Our case study shows how our team recovered expensive chiral catalysts and performed the reactions in water – without the need to license “designer surfactants”; this led to a decrease of catalyst costs by up to 82%.
This is just one piece of our market-validated and patented green tech tool-box which enables us to offer cost-competitive chemical compounds manufactured in Europe and the US – with an average CO2 emissions reduction of 38%.
